Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will be used to fill your order and contact you about future offers on The Archer Dog. We will not sell or redistribute your information to outside parties.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. If you return within the 30 day window, your refund will be for the purchase price of the item. After 30 days, you will be eligible for an exchange valued at the current price point of the returned item.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. All returned items must be received in new, unworn, resalable condition with all tags and packaging. The item you are returning or exchanging must be hair-free and not smell like a dog, smoke or perfume. If we receive your item and it does not meet these requirements, we cannot offer you a refund or return the item back to you. The item will be donated to a local shelter.
Return Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
Return shipping is your responsibility. The item must be returned within 30 days via a traceable shipping service to be eligible for a refund. If the item is returned damaged, the item will not be eligible for exchange or refund of the purchase amount. Items returned beyond the 30 day limit cannot be refunded, but may be eligible for an exchange at the current value of that product listed on the website (which may be lower than the purchase price).
- We will gladly provide you a pre-paid return label. Note that we will deduct the cost of return postage from your refund.
- Sale items cannot be returned except for manufacturer's defects.
- If you return a product that qualified for a Free Shipping promotion, the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount (we will provide you with the exact amount when the return is processed).
- We do not pay return postage for returns, except for mistakes by us or defective items, as described below.
- Shipping is not refundable.
- Having Issues Choosing the Right Size? All dogs are sized differently & many size guides/charts just go by your dog's weight. Please review our size chart carefully and measure your dog before ordering. We can happily provide additional measurements upon request to ensure you are purchasing the best size for your dog.
Defective Items
We test everything before we send it out, so it's unlikely you will receive a defective product. But if your product proves to be defective within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us for a replacement.
